Practice you can do at home :: The Power of Breathing

Video production
I have the manuscript roughly down and also the storyboard.
I have started to shoot the video and since I experienced long waiting times when I was recording in HD I have decided to go for SD 16:9 instead. What I am aiming for is a 10 minutes long instruction video on breathing/Pranayama.
What I am going to do different this time is that I am going to cut it up into different takes and I am also going to use graphs to support what I say. I do everything myself and I learn all the time 
I expect to working on and off on this project for the next couple of weeks.
Video production
At an early age I got interested in Buddhism and the prince who left his kingdom in the search for truth. How can I apply this story to my own life ? to be able to sit I took up the study of yoga. Is there a contradiction between yoga and science ? Sure we can get a theoretical understanding through books, but without the experience we are stuck. Why is it so hard to practice non-violence when the mosquito is landing on my neck ?
