is computer games a therapeutic tool ?
It is always nice to see my parents and they have a lot of snow up there. When crawling through the snow towards our summer house I got some ideas I want to share with you. I would like to do podcasts/videocast where I talk about current events. I posted a video on YouTube where I talk about modern warfare 2 and how you can compare it to hockey. I got a lot of feedback and I want to do more. Please tell me what you want to see/hear in those pod casts ! Leave a comment !

At an early age I got interested in Buddhism and the prince who left his kingdom in the search for truth. How can I apply this story to my own life ? to be able to sit I took up the study of yoga. Is there a contradiction between yoga and science ? Sure we can get a theoretical understanding through books, but without the experience we are stuck. Why is it so hard to practice non-violence when the mosquito is landing on my neck ?
