I am a certified Satyananda yoga ™ teacher and that is the foundation of my teaching. Satyananda Yoga ™ is a systematic and proven way to introduce yoga to people with no previous experience.

When I teach groups of people I teach Pawanmuktasana which are simple yet very powerful techniques to remove blockages that prevent the free flow of energy in the body and the mind. I introduce  pranayama for beginners which gives a relaxing effect on the breath which is one of the most vital processes in the human body. The lecture is ended with a short relaxation. Do not be surprised if you sleep better after some classes or you feel that you are more clear in your head when you need to take important decisions in life.

When I teach one to one I can adjust my teaching to suit the students need and life situation.
